A Different Kind of Leadership Course for a Different Kind of Leader.
Increase your credibility, authority and influence with this special 3-day leadership course in the heart of Sydney's CBD.
If you want to be an effective leader in today's competitive environment, then it’s crucial you have the right blend of soft skills and a strategic mindset. EQ and IQ together are a rare and real competitive advantage.
I'm partnering with Australian College of Professionals to create a one-of-a kind immersive, leadership training to help you achieve all of the above.
We've created a program that is a bit different. We're combining experiential learning with executive coaching, so you can apply best-practice knowledge and cultivate the skills you need to impact your business immediately.
Plus, you'll have the opportunity to learn alongside other leaders from across industry. Smart people like you, who aren't interested in average.
This course isn't for everyone. But, it is for anyone looking to take their leadership and influence to the next level.
Who Should Enrol?
- Upper level or senior managers with over three years of experience managing a team.
- High potential midlevel managers who are looking to move into executive leadership roles.
- VP or C-level executives interested in continuing to grow as leaders and sharpen their skill set.
- Entrepreneurs and startup founders looking to scale your team.
What Topics Are Covered?
Module One: Leading Yourself
You'll never lead your team well, if you can't lead yourself first. In this first day of learning we will tackle the tools, feedback and insights you need to develop self-awareness. We'll take a look at how your behaviours, your values and your biases effect your personal brand. We'll also help you identify your specific leadership style along with your strengths, blindspots and limiting beliefs.
Module Two: Leading Others
Motivation is not about having the right incentives or programs for the people on your teams. Real motivation is understanding what makes them tick. In this second module we'll teach you an EQ tool that you can immediately apply with your teams. We'll also map out your team, identifying their own strengths, weaknesses and opportunities for growth.
Module Three: Creating a Leadership Culture
Leadership is not a one-time event, it's an everyday journey where you model the way. Equal parts art and science. In this final module we'll explore how you can attract, develop and keep top talent. You'll learn a simple method for embedding coaching in your organisation to drive high performance and innovation. And, we'll help you design a simple HR strategy for creating a leadership pipeline in your organisation.
