Steverino shares why 'Fake It Til You Make It' is bad advice...

Hola again friends...

One of the most watched TED talks of all time is the personal story of social psychologist Amy Cuddy...

Her heart-felt and direct advice on 'Fake It Til You Make It' by posing like Super Woman to pysch yourself up before an interview was memorable and quite persuasive...

uddy's fame and influence skyrocketed after her talk went viral (it has over 45 million views to date)...

Book deals, syndicated programs and talk-show interviews...

She couldn't possibly be giving bad advice, right?

I mean, she has PhD from Princeton for crying out loud...

Well, sorry folks...

But, she's giving you bad advice.

Why?

Well, I'm glad you asked...

For starters, one of her fellow researchers debunked their whole work together saying Cuddy cherry-picked the data to prove her point...

Then, there's the mountain of research that contradicts her entire premise...

But, more importantly, is the fact that when you intentionally 'fake it' you end up cutting the legs out from under yourself for ever having a chance at developing genuine self-belief in your future...

You'll always feeling like a fraud...

A phoney...

An imposter...

True story.

Listen...

You may fool the interviewing panel...

You might even fool your family and friends...

But, you'll never fool yourself.

That's why I wrote my new book Confidence

You see my brilliant friend, self-belief isn't a quick fix. You can't find a simple life-hack for it. You actually have to practice certain habits over time to develop it...

Daily.

So, if any of the above rings true for you, then head on over to:
