Steverino gives you a sneak peak behind the curtain...

Hello again my intelligent friend...

Let's do a bit of Q&A today.

First question...

QUESTION: Steve, I noticed you changed your tone and approach to educating your audience and have created some strange, but likeable persona named Steverino. What the heck are you up to?

STEVE: Yes, it's true.

I have switched my approach.

But, I think I'm on to something here, especially considering more people are interacting with my content and paying attention. Life's too short to get preachy. And, I love being fun and informative.

I have had more people talking to me about Steverino...

Some even asking if that's my new name.

But, you're pretty smart, I'll let you figure it out.

QUESTION: Steve, I heard you let go of your entire coaching team last year and are flying solo. Why did you do it, and did you fail as a leader?

STEVE: Yes and no.

I did free my coaches and consultants up to pursue their own careers and new interests. And, I don't think I failed as a leader. You see, my friend, leadership is about impact and influence.

I doubled-down on both.

I'm on a singular mission...

To help brilliant people like you (and the company you work for) discover a different way to live and work.

I want to carry that message to as many people as possible. And, at the end of the day I believe I am the best messenger.

Okay one more...

QUESTION: You've just released your second book. Is it true that you're giving copies away?

STEVE: Absolutely, it's true.

If you buy one, I'll give you one for free.

If you buy ten, I'll throw in an extra five copies. And, scale it up from there.

The whole goal is to share confidence (that's the name of the book). I wrote it for the majority of people out there who feel like a fraud. It's equal parts art & science. And, I think it's the best thing I've written so far.
