Hi, I'm Steve Knox. Over the last 18 years, I've been involved in 400+ organizational transformations, impacting more than 500,000 individuals. My approach involves identifying and simplifying complex issues to make a lasting difference in the lives of my clients and the communities they serve.

I've worked with Fortune 100 companies, startups, small businesses, and social enterprises worldwide, and now primarily focus on helping private, family-owned businesses in generational transition.

As a consultant and coach, I empower leaders by breaking down complicated challenges into practical solutions. With dual masters in Entrepreneurial Leadership and Theology, I bring a down-to-earth, holistic approach to driving sustainable change.

Before starting my own consulting practice, I worked in senior executive roles in faith-based NGOs and higher education, earning a reputation for simplifying complexity and elevating performance in the teams I led.
